Not a problem — that’s something we handle all the time. We’ll attempt the appropriate roadside fix first (jump-start, lockout, fuel, etc.), and if the vehicle still can’t be driven, we’ll load it up and take it wherever you need it to go. You won’t need to call two different companies. We’re a full-service towing service, so one call takes care of everything.
It depends on your situation. If you’re on a busy highway or interstate shoulder, it’s generally safer to exit the vehicle through the passenger-side door (away from traffic) and wait on the guardrail or grass. If you’re in a well-lit, lower-traffic area, staying inside your locked vehicle may be the safer choice. Turn on your hazard lights immediately regardless of where you wait.
