Q: Can you tow and electric vehicle (EV)?

Yes. EVs must always be transported on a flatbed — they should never be towed with their wheels rolling, as this can damage the electric motor and regenerative braking system. We have flatbed trucks in our fleet specifically suited for EV towing, and our operators are trained on EV-specific handling requirements.

Q: Can you tow my motorcycle?

Absolutely. We understand how much your bike means to you, and we take a white-glove approach to motorcycle towing. Our team carries specialized equipment to secure motorcycles properly, and we handle them with the same care we'd want someone to show our own property. Q: My car has all-wheel drive. Does it need a flatbed tow truck?

Yes, we strongly recommend flatbed towing for AWD and 4WD vehicles. Towing an AWD vehicle with a wheel-lift truck — where only two wheels are off the ground — can cause serious and expensive damage to the drivetrain and transfer case. Our flatbed trucks ensure all four wheels are completely off the road, protecting your vehicle's systems throughout the tow.

Q: Can you work directly with my insurance company?
