It can be either, or both. If your vehicle is simply stuck and can be safely winched back onto the road without damage, we can extract it and send you on your way — that’s our winching service. If the vehicle is damaged or can’t be driven after extraction, we’ll move directly into a tow. Either way, call us and describe your situation; we’ll bring the right equipment to handle it.
