Q: Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We work with most insurance companies and can assist when you're involved in a motor vehicle collision. We put you first, but we understand the process and are happy to help make it as smooth as possible.

Q: Do you serve the I-24 stretch in Georgia near the state line?

Yes. Our service area covers the I-24 corridor on both sides of the Tennessee-Georgia line, including the Rossville and Fort Oglethorpe areas. We also serve Dalton, GA and surrounding communities.

Q: Is it safe to stay in my vehicle on I-24's shoulder?

In most cases, no — especially near the I-24/I-75 split or in areas with narrow shoulders. Exit through the passenger-side door, move behind the guardrail if possible, and turn on your hazard lights immediately. Our dispatcher can give you specific guidance based on your exact location.

Q: What if my car needs both towing and roadside assistance?

Not a problem — that's something we handle all the time. We'll attempt the appropriate roadside fix first (jump-start, lockout, fuel, etc.), and if the vehicle still can't be driven, we'll load it up and take it wherever you need it to go. You won't need to call two different companies. We're a full-service towing service, so one call takes care of everything.

Q: Is it safe to wait inside my vehicle while waiting for roadside assistance.

It depends on your situation. If you're on a busy highway or interstate shoulder, it's generally safer to exit the vehicle through the passenger-side door (away from traffic) and wait on the guardrail or grass. If you're in a well-lit, lower-traffic area, staying inside your locked vehicle may be the safer choice. Turn on your hazard lights immediately regardless of where you wait. Our dispatcher can also give you guidance based on where you are when you call.

Q: Is roadside assistance faster if I call you direct instead of my insurance company?

In most cases, yes — significantly faster. When you call your insurance company's roadside assistance line, after you've been approved for service and transferred to the appropriate call receiver, they'll then have to locate an available towing company in your area that's willing to provide service. This can mean long wait times, sometimes hours. When you call us directly, you're talking to a local dispatcher who knows exactly where our trucks are. We get to you faster because we're already in your area — not being dispatched from far away.
